Workshop refunds & transfers:
We will of course always try to be as accommodating as possible, we understand life happens, however where we have incurred costs or have insufficient time to fill your space we are unable to offer a full refund.
We are happy to offer a full refund up to 21 days before the published workshop date, after that if you can no longer make the date we can transfer you to another workshop up to six months from the original workshop date . Workshops can only be transferred once. If you would like to give your place to someone else then please do let us know asap so we can change the booking information.
Flower Club - If you cancel or swap your flower club booking with less than 4 days notice, unfortunately we are unable to give you a refund as the flowers will already have been purchased.
During our workshops we provide light refreshments, we will have asked you at the time of booking if you have any allergies we should be aware of, please remember it is your responsibility to update us, if anything changes between the time of booking and the workshop date.
