Yoga Beginners - Six week Course

This six week yoga beginners course will introduce you to yoga as a simple, gentle moving meditation that combines breath, body and mind as a single experience rather than three separate things. The course will introduce various yoga postures that when practiced regularly will encourage a healthy balance of  strength and flexibility and, also, simple meditation techniques that can be used to strengthen your focus and awareness.

The course is open to all ages and all levels of fitness and is suitable for people either meeting yoga for the first time or looking to re-introduce themselves after a break.

All equipment is provided – maybe consider bringing a change of clothes so that if you’d like to sit and have a cup of tea after the class you will be warm and comfortable.
