Sunday 1st September 10am - 4pm

In today’s busy world it’s never been more important to take time out and recharge. With an increase in the use of technology, we are rarely alone, leaving us very little time to process our thoughts and experiences each day.

Yoga and meditation are great tools for teaching us relaxation, stilling the mind and focusing on the moment.

The morning starts with guided meditation, a postural practice and Pranayama. After lunch a mindfulness session is followed by a restorative practice.

Yoga Teacher, Mark Needham, will guide you through each session, some Yoga experience would be beneficial.

Feel free to bring your own lunch or upgrade and join us for a light, healthy vegetarian/vegan lunch for just £12.00.
