Hatha Yoga - Monday Afternoon


Every Monday 1.30 pm -2.45 pm

Blending general yoga postures, relaxing breath practices and some elements of meditation and philosophy to create a relaxing and calming start to the week.

Yoga Teacher Mark Needham will guide you through your practice, this class is open to all ages and levels of fitness and experience. Beginners are welcome, although if you are completely new to yoga you may want to consider our six week beginner course.
