Yoga - Vinyasa Flow Wednesday Evenings

Every Wednesday Evening - 7.00pm - 8.15pm

A dynamic sequence of movements, combined with awareness of breath, designed to challenge the body and still the mind. There will be focus on alignment and postural awareness with a view to creating healthy movement patterns and a strong core.

Yoga Teacher Mark Needham will guide you through your practice, this class is open to all ages and levels of fitness and experience. Beginners are welcome if you are completely new to yoga you may want to consider our Yoga Basics sessions.
